This Privacy Policy explains how SeatFlow (“we”, “us”, “SeatFlow”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SeatFlow mobile app and seatflow.app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run SeatFlow:
- Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from that provider.
- Event and guest data you enter — the events, hall layouts, table arrangements, and guest names you add. You are responsible for the guest information you choose to enter (see “Guest information you provide” below).
- Subscription and purchase data — when you buy a subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple. We and our subscription provider (Adapty) receive the transaction status, subscription type, and renewal state. We never receive your full payment-card details.
- Technical and diagnostic data — basic device and usage information (such as app version, device type, and error logs) used to keep the Service working and to fix problems.
Guest information you provide
SeatFlow lets you add the names of your guests so you can seat them. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to enter this information and, where required, the consent of the people involved. We process this data only to provide the seating features to you, and we do not use guest names for advertising.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
- To provide the core features — designing halls, seating guests, and tracking arrivals.
- To process and manage your subscription and unlock premium features.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about service-related matters and respond to your requests.
Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with providers who help us operate the Service:
- Apple — App Store distribution, Sign in with Apple, and subscription billing.
- Google — Google Sign-In, if you choose to use it.
- Adapty — subscription management and analytics (processes your subscription status, not payment-card data).
- Hosting and database providers — we store account and event data on reputable cloud infrastructure to run the Service.
Data retention
We keep your account and event data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at c.ashurbeyli@gmail.com. You can also request deletion of your account at any time.
Children
SeatFlow is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and address vulnerabilities promptly.
International transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes may be communicated in the app.
